Thiruvananthapuram (08.05.2023): The Kerala government has enacted a major reshuffle of IAS officer with immediate effect. These officers:
- A Jayathilak (IAS: 1991: KL) has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Taxes and Excise Department with full additional charges of Additional Chief Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department as well as the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Department.
- V P Joy (IAS: 1987: KL), Kerala Chief Secretary, will hold the full additional charge of Chief Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Official Language) Department.
- Mohammed Hanish (IAS: 1996: KL) has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department with full additional charge of Principal Secretary, Housing Department.
- Suman Billa (IAS: 1996: KL), Principal Secretary, Industries, will hold the additional charges of Principal Secretary, Industries Department.
- Rani George (IAS: 1996: KL) has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, General Education Department with full additional charge of Principal Secretary, Woman and Child Development Department.
- Dr Sharmila Mary Joseph (IAS: 1997: KL), Local Self-Government Principal Secretary, will hold the full additional charge of Principal Secretary, Social Justice Department.
- Mini Antony (IAS: 2002: KL), Cooperation Secretary, will hold the full additional charge of Secretary, Minority Welfare Department.
- Rathan U Kelkar (IAS: 2003: KL), I-T Secretary, will hold the full additional charges of Secretary, Health and Family Welfare (Medical Education) Department as well as Secretary, Kerala University of Health Sciences.
- Ajit Kumar (IAS: 2006: KL), Labour Secretary, will hold the full additional charge of Secretary, Industries (Coir, Handloom and Cashew) Department.
- Bhandari Swagat Ranveerchand (IAS: 2010: KL) has been appointed as Managing Director, Kerala Water Authority.
- Inbasekar K (IAS: 2015: KL) has been transferred and posted as Kasaragod District Collector.
- Arun K Vijayan (IAS: 2016: KL) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Entrance Examinations with additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Limited.
- Meghashree DR (IAS: 2017: KL) has been transferred and posted as Registration IG.
