Shimla (21.11.2022): Justice Chander Bhusan Barowalia of the Himachal Pradesh High Court has resigned from office. The resignation would be effective from November 2.The Law Ministry notification says, "Justice Chander Bhusan has tendered his resignation from the office of Judge, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, in pursuance of proviso (a) to clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution, with effect from November 02, 2022 (afternoon)." He was made a permanent judge in January 2018
