Having completed 30 years in service, IAS officers across the cadres got the apex scale meant for the rank of Chief Secretary in several state governments.
Among his batch-mates and colleagues, Jagmohan Singh Raju (IAS:1985:TN) is the youngest IAS officer to get the apex scale. Currently, he is serving in his cadre as Managing Director of SIDCO. Previously he served at the centre as Jt Secretary (Central Universities), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of HRD. He repatriated to his state cadre in June 2014.
