New Delhi (12.06.2025): The competent authority has effected a major reshuffle of IAS officers and couple of JKAS officers. The names of these officers are as follows:
- Anil Kumar Singh (IAS: 1995: AGMUT) has been posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department with the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Mining Department.
- Saurabh Bhagat (IAS: 2002: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
- Zubair Ahmad, JKAS, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens.
- Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary (IAS: 2009: AGMUT) has been posted as Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department with additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Civil Aviation Department.
- Niraj Kumar (IAS: 2010: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Public Grievances Department.
- Dr Piyush Singla (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) has been posted as Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department.
- Naveen S L (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) has been posted as Secretary to the Government, Transport Department.
- Nazim Zai Khan (IAS: 2013: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, ICPS, J&K.
- Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu (IAS: 2013: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enquires, J&K.
- Owais Ahmed (IAS: 2014: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir.
- Gurpal Singh (IAS: 2014: AGMUT) has been posted as Director, Social Welfare, Jammu.
- Baseer Ul Haq Chaudhary (IAS: 2015: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K.
- Dr Bilal Mohiud Din Bhat (IAS: 2017: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Budgam.
- Akshay Labroo (IAS: 2018: TR) has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar.
- Faz Lul Haseeb (IAS: 2018: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation with additional charge of the post of CEO, Special purpose Vehicle for Srinagar City for Implementation of the Smart City roject.
- Rupesh Kumar (IAS: 2019: AGMUT) has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority.
- Shahzad Alam (IAS: 2019: AGMUT), Director, Employment, J&K, holding additional charge of the posts of Chief Executive Officer, Mission Youth and Mission Director, Mission YUVA, shall also hold the charge of Director, Skill Development, J&K.
- Shreya Singhal (IAS: 2020: AGMUT) has been posted as Managing Director, J&K Tourism Development Corporation with additional charge of CEO, JK ERA.
- Ananth Dwivedi (IAS: 2021: AGMUT) has been posted as CEO, State Health Agency, J&K with additional charge of Mission Director, Ayush Bharat Digital Health Mission, J&K.
- Mahima Madan (IAS: 2021: AGMUT) has been posted as CEO, JaKeGA with additional charge of Additional Secretary, Resident Commission, New Delhi.
