A day after taking over the
reins of Chhattisgarh, CM Bhupesh Baghel on Tuesday effected IPS reshuffle as
follows:
- D M Awasthy (IPS:1988) was given the additional charge of DG, Economic Offence Wing & ACB. He will continue to serve as DG, Naxal Operations/SIB and MD, Police Housing Corporation Board
- Sanjay Pillai (IPS:1988) was posted as Special DG, SIB (PHQ)
- Mukesh Gupta (IPS:1988:CG) was posted as Special DG, PHQ
- Ashok Juneja (IPS:1989:CG) was made ADG, Police Training, STF/Admin (PHQ)
