Inder Jit Singh (IAS:1985:KL), took charge as Resident Commissioner to the Govt of Kerala at Cochin House in Delhi. Prior to his new assignment as RC Inder Jit Singh served as Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Development, Govt of Kerala. Inder Jit, an ACS rank officer, has replaced Gyanesh Kumar (IAS:1988:KL) as Resident Commissioner. A couple of years back also he served as RC, Govt of Kerala. In his previous stint at centre he served as Jt Secretary, Dept of Science & Tech and Jt Secretary Capital Market.
