If he is effectively handling issues of external affairs then he is keeping a tab on internal matters of the country. He did not give a second thought before changing ministries of Harshvardhan, Sadanand Gouda and Prakash Javdekar within 6 months. He is unequivocally opposed to any irresponsible statement even from his own party and instructs his minister to apologies.
