After HUDCO's successful IPO debut, its 47th Annual General Meeting was held in New Delhi. Dr. M Ravi Kanth, CMD, HUDCO presided over the AGM. The other members of the Board of Directors were also present.
In a notification to the BSE, the company informed that it may raise Rs 12,000 crores as bonds/debentures through the private placement. The company also passed a resolution to increase the borrowing limit to Rs 60,000 crores.
