Narendra Modi is one such leader who believes in keeping the present firm and nurturing a future-perfect. A section in top rank bureaucracy believes that Hasmukh Adhia (IAS: 1981: Gujarat and Secretary, Department of Financial Services under Ministry of Finance) is certainly a part of a roadmap. Having November 2018 as his retirement schedule ahead of Lok Sabha General Elections in 2019 Adhia may be entrusted with a top rank responsibility (with a fixed tenure of two years beyond retirement) during the transition from Modi Government Part-I to Modi Government Part-II. It may sound too much in advance but it is Modi's regime which believes in nurturing the present and furthering the future.
