New Delhi (14.07.2025): The Centre has appointed new
Governors for Haryana and Goa and Lieutenant Governor for Union Territory of Ladakh.
Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, former Union Civil Aviation Minister, is now the
Governor of Goa. Prof Ashim Kumar Ghosh has been appointed as the Governor of
Haryana. Known for his academic prowess and political insight, Ghosh is
expected to offer a scholarly approach to governance in the state. Kavinder
Gupta will be the new Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh who is a former Deputy
Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
