Two names figure prominently in the search for the appointment of a new Principal Secretary to the Delhi Chief Minister. They are Sajjan Singh Yadav (IAS:1995:UT) and Sukesh Kumar Jain (IRS IT). Yadav currently serves in the Delhi Govt as Commissioner, VAT, whereas Jain serves as Power Secretary.
Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that Yadav has a better chance to make it as PS to the Delhi CM.
Besides, two more names are also doing the rounds - of Delhi Jal Board CEO Keshav Chandra (IAS:1995:UT) and Sanjay Kumar (IAS) who currently serves as Commissioner, Excise Department.
The post of PS to the Delhi CM fell vacant after Rajendra Kumar (IAS:1989:UT) was arrested by CBI and further suspended as well.
