New Delhi (28.10.2023): The social media posts of bureaucrat-turned Sarojini Nagar (Lucknow) MLA Dr Rajeshwar Singh had gone viral with him celebrating generational success. The occasion was passing out parade of budding officers of 75th batch of IPS probationers at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), Hyderabad. The former Enforcement Directorate officer was there to celebrate the success of his niece (sister’s daughter) Isha Singh who was awarded National Forensic Science University trophy by Union Home Minister Amit Shah during the passing out parade.
Dr Singh shared with gleaming face a click of “Roll of Honour Board” having name of his wife Lakshmi Singh (IPS: 2000) as one of the recipients of Prime Minister’s Baton & Home Ministry’s Revolver for ‘best all round IPS Probationer’ of 2000 batch who is currently serving as NOIDA Police Commissioner.
Giving it a larger canvas Dr Singh’s Twitter handle also had the composition of pictures depicting three generations; his father R B Singh who got President’s Gallantry Medal in 1980, he himself got it in 2005, his wife Lakshmi Singh (IPS: 2000: UP) got CM’s Outstanding Service Medal in 2021 and now his niece Isha who was awarded National Forensic Science University trophy.
