Former Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat D J Pandian (Rtd IAS:1981:GJ) has been appointed vice-president and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Beijing-based Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Previously Pandian headed Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd (GSPCL) as MD and also had fair experience with World Bank on deputation basis.
