Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that D K Bhalla (IAS:1986: NL) may soon be appointed the Chief Resident Commissioner of Nagaland in Delhi. It is also learnt that in addition to the CRC, he may be appointed as the Director General of Administrative Training Institute, Govt of Nagaland.
It may be underlined that Bhalla was abruptly repatriated from the Centre fuelling various speculations over the possible reasons for repatriation. Earlier, he served as the Secretary of Lok Sabha Secretariat.
