A Patiala House court on Tuesday issued summon to Chief Minister Arwind
Kejriwal, Dy CM Manish Sisodiya and eleven others in connection with assault on
chief secretary Anshu Prakash at the chief minister’s residence. Delhi Police
had filed the charge-sheet in this case and the court has issued summon on the
basis of this charge-sheet. All the accused will have to appear in the court on
October 25.
