Addressing a press conference at the Congress headquarters, Sibal said, "here is a PM who has notched more miles abroad than even Hillary Clinton (when she was secretary of state). He speaks without supporting facts or evidences...He even said other world leaders were impressed by him! He has all the time for NRIs but nothing to show before the resident Indians." On the completion of the one year of the BJP rule at the centre, Congress lashed out at the government for failing to deliver what it promised. Congress lambasted the Modi government on its poor agricultural growth rate of a mere 1 per cent now when it used to be 4 per cent earlier. According to Congress, the BJP government has mastered the art of renaming old UPA government's health schemes and showing these as their achievements.
