The NaMo administration on Monday appointed Rahul Chhabra (IFS:1987) as Secretary (Economic Relations) in the Ministry of External Affairs vice Shri T S Tirumurti (IFS:1985) who has been appointed as the next Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations in New York. Presently, Chhabra is the High Commissioner of India to Kenya.
