New Delhi (15.08.2023): Following the appointment of Sanjay Kumar Agarwal (IRS C&IT: 1988) as Chairman, CBIC and Surjit Bhujabal (IRS C&IT: 1989) as Member the Department of Revenue (Ministry of Finance) rehashed the work roster among Members. 
As the new Chairman S. K. Agarwal Chairman will be supervising all zones and DGs through all members. 
Rajiv Talwar gets Compliance Management which was previously under S. K. Agarwal. Surjit Bhujabal gets Customs which was previously under Rajiv Talwar. 
Interestingly, four Members retain responsibilities assigned to them via order dated 15.05.2023.
