CBI gets two Special Directors

New Delhi (08.09.2025): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has appointed two Special Directors in the CBI by promoting two Additional Directors of 1994 batch. The names and cadres of these officers are as follows:
- Manoj Shashidhar (IPS: 1994: GJ), Additional Director, CBI, has been appointed to the post of Special Director in CBI till the date of superannuation i.e. up to 30.11.2030.
- Sampat Meena (IPS:1994: JH), Additional Director, CBl, has been appointed to the post of Special Director in CBI till the date of superannuation i.e. up to 31.03.2031.
