New Delhi (09.01.2024): The New Delhi establishment on Tuesday cleared the empanelment of 87 IRS officers for holding Principal Commissioner rank post in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax), in Level 15 in the Pay Matrix for the panel year 2023. Besides 87 empanelled officers, eight names are in the ‘extended panel’. One officer Shamsundar M Keshkamat was denied empanelment for the panel year 2023 while nine junior officers would be on ad-hoc basis. The list is as follows:

Keeping recommendations of the DPC in respect of following officers, in 'sealed covers' against the panel year 2023. Accordingly, promotion of 09 junior most officers would be on ad-hoc basis till the 'sealed cover' cases are finalized or subsequent regular vacancies in the grade arise, whichever is earlier.
