New Delhi (12.09.2023): The Central Secretariate Cadre officers appear to be feeling disheartened and murmuring started among cadre across batches that what is in store for them as nothing happened so far after a committee was constituted to look after cadre restructuring on October 27, 2022. The Committee was mandated to give its report in one year which is about to complete.It may be underlined that a four-member committee was constituted under the Chairmanship of Establishment Officer and Additional Secretary, DoPT whereas Joint Secretary (CS), DoPT and Joint Secretary (Pers) in the Department of Expenditure while Deputy Secretary, (CSI), DoPT as Member Secretary.
