'Indianmandarins' has reliably learnt that the process of cadre restructuring of country's largest para-military forces (approx 3.03 lacs personnel) has started. Al it has sparked-off hope among IPS officers and the CRPF cadre officers as well. This would be the ever first cadre restructuring in last 21 years. As per the data (sanctioned strength) CRPF has 03 posts in the rank of Spl DG, 03 posts in the rank of Additional DG. Similarly CRPF has 34 sanctioned post in the rank of IG and 174 posts in the rank of DIG. Reportedly, DoPT and MHA have been working together on the restructuring.
