New Delhi (28.01.2026): The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Wednesday recommended Chandrasekharan Raghuram for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL), a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).A total 11 candidates were interviewed. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Raghuram will be the new CMD, HSL replacing Madhu S Nair who is retiring on 31.01.2026. Currently, Raghuram serves as Assistant Chief of Material, Navy.
