The newly appointed Bihar CM Nitish Kumar gets four lieutenants to set the pace of functioning through his CMO. In his new stint as well CM Nitish still banks heavily on two technocrat officers namely S Siddharth (IAS:1991:BH) and Chanchal Kumar (IAS:1992:BH) as his Secretaries. Siddharth, from Tamil Nadu, is a BTech and has pursued advanced courses at IIM-Ahmedabad. Chanchal, an MTech, has also studied micro-finance in the US. Similarly Pradeep Kumar Pandey has been appointed as PS to CM whereas Gopal Singh has been appointed OSD to Nitish Kumar.
