Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and the CM of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu, have released a book on A to Z of financial management in autonomous institutions authored by an IAS officer, Dr. Rajat Bhargava, and Deenanath Pathak. Jaitley wrote a foreword for the book. There is no such book in this sector and autonomous institutions need to follow financial propriety in their working. The book was released in the presence of union civil aviation minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju and union minister of science and technology Y S Chowdhury.
