The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet
cleared the appointment of Vivek Benzal (PGM, BSNL) to the post of Director
(Consumer Fixed Access) on the board of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for
a period of five year or till the date of his superannuation.
