The Appointment Committee of Cabinet appointed Bhushan Kumar Bansal  (IRS C&CE:1981), Anand Kishore (IRS IT:1982) and Gopal Chandra Mishra as Member, Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property for a tenure till 62 years of age. Bansal is currently Member (Customs) CBEC, Anand Kishore is CCIT (New Delhi) whereas G K Mishra currently serves as Joint Secretary & Legal Adviser, Department of Legal Affairs.
