The way he was given cold shoulder by the Samajwadi Party leadership, it is unlikely that he would go to his old party. No one turned up to receive when he got released from jail recently. The family is openly speaking against the SP for not turning up to them when the family needed the support of the party. He is unlikely to join the Congress and BSP for obvious reasons while other options are very limited. He could have retired peacefully but future of his sons is at the stake.
