Arun Kumar (1989 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre) would occupy the position of Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation. The slot had fallen vacant after Prabhat Kr (1985 batch IAS officer of UP cadre) was recently appointed as Director General of Civil Aviation.
