New Delhi (13.02.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:

The additional charge of the post of Secretary, Inter State Council Secretariat (ISCS) was assigned to Gyanesh Kumar (IAS:1988:KL) from 14.02.2023 to 23.02.2023 during the period of absence on leave of Ms. Anuradha Prasad (IDAS:1986). Currently, he is Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation.
Divyanshu Jha (IAS:2014:JH) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) for a period ending 24.01.2026 (i.e. admissible tenure of 4 years under the Central Staffing Scheme). Currently, he is working as Under Secretary, MNRE.
The post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of DONER held by Purushottam Verma (ISS:2009) was re-designated as Director as a measure personal to him for a period ending 06.02.2025.
The tenure of Arun Kumar (CSS), currently working as OSD to the Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Narendra Singh Tomar) was extended for a period ending 31.05.2024 (w.e.f. 17.02.2023) or on co-terminus basis with the minister.
