New Delhi (25.07.2022): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows: 
  • The incumbent Revenue Secretary Tarun Bajaj (IAS:1988:HY) was assigned with the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) till 12.08.2022 during the period of absence on leave of Ajay Seth (IAS:1987:KN).
  • Ms Radhika Rastogi (lAS:1995:MH) was designated (In-situ) as Special Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA)in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary. Presently working as Joint Director, LBSNAA, in the rank and pay of Joint Secretary.
  • The Central Deputation tenure of Gaurav Sharma (IRS IT:2008) as First Secretary, Income Tax Overseas Unit (ITOU) at Embassy of India, Berlin, Germany, was extended for a further period of one year w.e.f. 11.07.2022 and up to 10.07.2023 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent.
  • Amit Shukla (IFoS:1999:TR) was empanelled for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent at the Centre.
  • Shailesh Shrivastava (ITS:1992), working as Director in D/o Justice, was  prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre to avail the benefit of promotion.
