- Ajay Bhadoo (IAS: 1999: GJ), Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, has been entrusted with ex-post facto additional charge of the post of Director General, Directorate General of Foreign Trade from 21.04.2025 to 20.10.2025.
- Prachl Pandey (IA&AS: 2001), Joint Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy, has been entrusted with ex-post facto additional charge of the post of Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) for a period of six months w.e.f. 27.07.2025.
- Tenure of Rakesh Kumar Singh (IDAS: 1993), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, has been extended till the date of his superannuation i.e. up to 31.05.202.
