New Delhi (15.12.2025): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:-
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Higher Education held by Richa Verma (IAS: 2012: HP), has been re-designated as Director, in the same department for a period up to 24.11.2030. Her central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 25.11.2025.
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Higher Education held by Garima Sharma (IRS lT: 2012), has been re-designated as Director, in the same department for a period up to 01.09.2029. Her central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 02.09.2024.
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Atomic Energy held by Padmakar Kushwaha (IA&AS: 2012), has been re-designated as Director in the same department for a period up to 19.08.2029. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 20.08.2024.
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of School Education & Literacy held by Shalini Agnihotri (IPS: 2012: HP), has been re-designated as Director, in the same department for a period up to 23.07.2030. Her central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 24.07.2025.
- Nivedita Shukla Verma (IAS: 1991: UP), Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare till 21.12.2025 during the period of absence on leave of Punya Salila Srivastava (IAS: 1993: AGMUT).
- Amit Agrawal (IAS: 1993: CG), Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Telecommunications from 16.12.2025 to 21.12.2025 during the period of absence on leave of Neeraj Mittal (IAS: 1992: TN).
- Harish Singh Papola (IRPFS: 2015) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region Jyotiraditya M Scindia in the Ministry of Communications at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period up to 10.08.2028.
- Vinay Kumar (IAS: 1999: BH), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, has been repatriated to his parent cadre on the request of Government of Bihar.
- Additional charge for the post of Managing Director, National Horticulture Board (NHB) to Priya Ranjan, IFoS (RJ:1998), Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, has been extended for a period of nine months w.e.f. 23.09.2025 to 22.06.2026.
