- Nitin Kumar Yadav (IAS: 2000: HY), Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has been in-situ upgraded to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India by temporarily upgrading the post.
R A Chandra Sekhar (IPS: 1991: KL), Special Director, Intelligence Bureau, has been appointed as Secretary (Security) in the Cabinet Secretariat with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post on or after 01.08.2025.
- Nishant Kumar (IRS: 2015: C&IT) has been appointed to the post of Deputy Secretary (at DS level), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi (a Non-CSS Post) under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for a period of four years.
- Radha Katyal Narang (IRS IT: 2005), Director, Department of Justice, has been appointed to the post of Director in the Department of Official Language under the Ministry of Home on 'lateral shift' basis for a tenure up to 07.09.2027.
- Deputation tenure of Nilabhra Dasgupta (IRS IT:2008), as Deputy Chairperson, Paradip Port Authority, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has been curtailed. Dasgupta has been appointed on lateral shift basis to the post of Deputy Chairperson, Deendayal Port Authority, Kandla (Non-CSS post) under Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways for the period up to 10.05.2028.
- Ashish Tiwari (IFoS: 1995: UP) has been assigned to take up the foreign assignment as Air Lead in the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), Kathmandu, Nepal for a period of three years.
- Sunil Kumar Jha (IPS: 1993: BH), Special Director General, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), has been appointed as Director General, Fire Services, Civil Defence & Home Guards for a tenure up to the date of his superannuation on 31.01.2027.
- Tenure of Ateesh Kumar Singh (IRTS: 1994), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, has been extended for a period of one year beyond 08.06.2025.
