New Delhi (12.07.2025): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Saturday are as follows:
- Tenure of Sharmistha Maitra (IDES: 2005), Director in the Ministry of Defence, has been extended for a period of two years i.e. up to 31.08.2027. Her central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 01.09.2020.
- Tenure of Shalini Pandey (IDES: 2004), Director in the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has been extended for a period of two years i.e. up to 16.08.2027. Her deputation tenure is w.e.f. 17.08.2020.
- Tenure of Prateek Kumar Singh (IRAS: 2006), Director in the Department of Expenditure, has been extended for a period of two years i.e. up to 18.08.2027. His deputation tenure w.e.f. 19.08.2020.
- Tenure of Dr Anupama (IFoS: 2000: WB), Director, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation, has been ex-post facto curtailed.
- Tenure of Shobhendra Bahadur (ITS:1994), Director in the MeitY, has been extended for a period of one year i.e. up to 31.08.2026 (i.e. total period of 06 years away from cadre). His deputation tenure is w.e.f. 31.08.2020.

- Additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Polavaram Project Authority, Hyderabad held by Atul Jain, Chairman, Krishna River Management Board (KRMB), Hyderabad, has been extended for a period of six months w.e.f. 28.05.2025.
- Sajeesh Kumar N (IRTS: 2002), Coal Controller, Coal Controller Organisation under the Ministry of Coal, has been entrusted with additional charge for the post of Commissioner (JS level), Coal Mines Provident Fund Organisation (CMPFO) for a period of six months w.e.f. 01.05.2025.
- Additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (JS level), Coconut Development Board (CDB) held by Prabhat Kumar, Horticulture Commissioner, has been extended for a period of six months w.e.f. 06.04.2025.
- Tenure of Saket Kumar (IAS: 2009: BH), Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 16.08.2025.
