- T V Somanathan (IAS: 1987: TN) was appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Cabinet Secretariat from the date he joins the assignment till he takes over as Cabinet Secretary.
- Tenure of Ravinder Kumar (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) has been curtailed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation and he has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Agriculture &Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
- Gaurav Bharill (IRS IT: 2012) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Tribal Affairs Durgadas Uikey in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs at the level of Deputy Secretary for the period up to 28.10.2027.
- Bibhuti Bhushan, Asst. General Manager (Air Traffic Service), Airport Authority of India, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Jitan Ram Manjhi at the level of Director.
- Baranwal Varunkumar Jagdish (IAS: 2014: GJ) was appointed as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Commerce & Industry Piyush Goyal in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of four years.
