New Delhi (08.11.2025): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Saturday are as follows:-
- Justice (Retd.) Ashok Bhushan was re-appointed as Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). He will continue to this post till he attains the age of 70 years i.e. up to 04.07.2026. He was appointed NCLAT Chairman for a period of 04 years on 28.10.2021.
- Mona Singh (IRS IT) was appointed as Member, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). Currently, she is Principal DG (HRD), CBDT.
- Prasenjit Singh (IRS IT) was appointed as Member, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). Currently, he is Principal DG (Training), CBDT.
