Ashok Bhushan, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, as Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). His re-appointment has been made till he attains the age of 70 years i.e. up to 04.07.2026. He was appointed NCLAT Chairman for a period of 04 years on
