- Shailesh Kumar Singh (IAS: 1991: JH), Secretary, Department of Rural Development, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Land Resources till the appointment of a regular incumbent.
- Tenure of Sheetal Verma (IAS: 2007: UP), Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (DCR), Uttar Pradesh under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been extended for an overall tenure of five years up to 05.08.2026.
- Post of Private Secretary at Deputy Secretary level to the Minister for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the Department of Rural Development presently held by Praveen Singh Adhayach (IAS: 2012: MP), has been re-designated as Private Secretary at Director level to the same Minister for a period up to 25.03.2030. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 26.03.2025.
- Praneet Choudhary (IRAS: 2008) has been appointed as Deputy Director General (Director level) in the Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways for a period of five years.
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting presently held by Vikram Singh Malik (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) has been re-designated as Director for a period up to 28.08.2030. His central deputation tenure of is w.e.f. 29.08.2025.
- Post of Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary level) presently held by Dr Anupam Talwar (IDES: 2012), has been re-designated as Deputy Director (Senior) (Director level), in the LBSNAA for a period up to 06.09.2026. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 07.09.2020.
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Rural Development presently held by Alagu Varsini V S (IAS: 2012: TG) has been re-designated as Director for a period up to 03.09.2030. Her central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 04.09.2025.
- Devesh Kumar Mahla (IPS: 2012: AGMUT) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment for a period of five years.
- Central deputation tenure of Pulkesh Kumar (IRPS: 2011), Director in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 21.12.2025 and up to 21.12.2027. He is on central deputation tenure w.e.f. 22.12.2020.
- Tenure of Soorya Thankappan (IPS: 2001: OD), CVO, Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore Ltd. (FACT), has been extended for further period of two years beyond 12.02.2026.
