- Vijay Kumar Darak (ICOAS: 2016) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting for a period of four years.
- Sripriya Ranganathan (IFS: 1994) has been appointed as Secretary (CPV & OIA) vice Arun Kumar Chatterjee (IFS: 1992) upon his superannuation on 31.12.2025.
- Tenure of Sonal V Misra (IPS: 2000: TN), Inspector General, CRPF, has been extended for a period of one year beyond 20.12.2025.
- Tenure of Kandarp Vajubhai Patel (IA&AS: 2012), Deputy Secretary in the Department of Expenditure has been curtailed. Further, he has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Railways, Information and Broadcasting and Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period up to 21.11.2029.
- Mamta Varma (llnfoS (1994), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, has been prematurely repatriated to her parent cadre on personal grounds.
- Himanshu Gunawat (IRSME: 2014), Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on personal grounds.
- Tenure of Ajay Kumar Garg (IAS: 2010: AGMUT), Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (OCR), Delhi, has been extended for a period up to 30.09.2027. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 02.09.2019.
- Amit Shivkumar Telang (IFS: 2005) has been appointed as OSD (JS Level) Department of Defence for a tenure of three years vice Vishwesh Negi (IFS: 2002).
- Smruti Ranjan Sethy (IRSME: 1994) has been appointed as Director (JS level) (Inspection & Quality Control), Export Inspection Council of India for a tenure up to the date of his superannuation i.e. on 30/06/2029.
- Vikas Chand Chaturvedli, CSS, has been appointed as Director General (JS level), Directorate General of Factory Advice Service & Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Mumbai for a tenure up to the date of his superannuation on 31/07/2027.
