The ACC, based on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, cleared the appointment of Dr. R.G. Anand and Yashwant Jain as member in National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) for a period of three years in the rank of Additional Secretary.
Dr Anand is a specialist in Child psychology whereas Yashwant Jain is an expert in laws relating to children.
Jain has been with NCPCR as Member and thus he was re-appointed as Member.
