Indianmandarins has learnt that the incumbent Director, Department of Financial Services, Anandrao Vishnu Patil (IAS:TN:1998) gets another two years extension to continue at centre. His tenure under central deputation was set to be over on today; May 18. He is also Govt of Indian nominee Director, Andhra Bank.
Patil had started his first stint in Govt of India on May 17, 2010 as Pvt Secretary to Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises in the rank of Deputy Secretary. Further he served as Ps to Union Minister for Rural Development and Union Minister for Science & Technology Late Vilasrao Deshmukh.
