Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that the Railway Board may create a post of Adviser, Resource Mobilisation. Reportedly, Adviser (RM) would be mandated with the responsibility and jurisdiction which is currently being looked after by Executive Director, Resource Mobilisation.
It is believed that the post will be filled with lateral entry or may be with an IAS officer under Central Staffing Scheme.
