After relocating more than a dozen IAS
officers, the Odisha government has reshuffled 37 officers of the Odisha
Administrative Service (OAS). This is being linked to the Election
Commission of India recent directive asking the state governments to transfer
senior bureaucrats and police officers, who have spent three years in the
present posting.
