The incumbent Executive Director of IOCL Mr B S Canth has bee selected for the post of Director (Marketing), IOCL. Out of fifteen, only eleven candidates appeared before PESB for interview. The post has been lying vacant since March 04, 2015. PESB had had selected and recommended U V Mannur (ED, IOCL) as the successor to Makrand Nene in selection interview held on May 26, 2014. But further new Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had rejected the name. Further the post was re-advertised on April 23, 2015.
