As Indianmandarins had reported first Yogi administration has reportedly cleared the appointment of Shashi Prakash Goyal (IAS:1989:UP) as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Alok Kumar (IAS:1992:UP) as new Principal Secretary, Home vice Debashish Panda (IAS:1987:UP). Reportedly, Panda will be new Resident Commissioner in Delhi vice Prabhat Kumar who was recently appointed as Commissioner, Meerut. It is also learnt that Jitender Kumar (IAS:1990:UP), Principal Secretary, 'Madhyamik Shikasha' has been shunted out.
