In a major overhaul of the state's police set-up, the Yogi Administration on Wednesday transferred as many as 67 senior police officers. The reshuffle comes at a time when the opposition has been attacking Yogi Govt on the law and order issue. An ADG level officer was among those transferred. Satya Narayan Sabat (IPS:1990:UP), (Police Recruitment and Promotion Board) was made ADG, Allahabad zone. It may be recalled that Adityanath government had shifted approx 200 police officers in March, shortly after it took over.
