Agrawal, CMD, WAPCOS, and NPCC. Pankaj Kapoor, Director (Finance), and other senior officers from WAPCOS were also present. The monthly WAPCOS Newsletter titled “e-Sanchar” and “Quality Control Manual for Building Construction” were also released by the Minister during the ceremony. WAPCOS as a techno-commercial organization under the aegis of the Ministry of Jal Shakti has grown into a truly Indian multinational with footprints across the globe.
