Vikram Misri (IFS:1989), presently Ambassador of India to spain, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Union of Myanmar.
The post of Indian Ambassdor in Myanmar is vacant after the retirement of Gautam Mukhopadhaya in May, this year
Misri is expected to take up his new asignment shortly
