New Delhi (02.05.2023): The Board of Directors of Gujarat Gas Limited appointed Mamta Verma (IAS: 1996: GJ), Principal Secretary, Energy & Petrochemicals Department (EPD), Government of Gujarat as Additional Director on the Board of Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL).The company in its BSE Filling mentioned that the aforesaid appointment has been made in view of the letter received from the Energy & Petrochemicals Department (EPD), Government of Gujarat intimating the appointment of Mamta Verma as Director on the Board of Gujarat Gas Limited. It is further confirmed that Mamta Verma is not debarred from holding the director's office by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
